HomePool provides budgeting, forecasting, record-keeping, household collaboration and decision-support tools. Website content, Safe to Spend figures, scenarios, reports, reminders, debt/goal calculations and Luna responses are general information only and are not personalised financial, credit, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
2. Forecasts and calculations can be wrong
Results depend on the information entered or connected, timing assumptions, categorisation, recurrence rules, interest assumptions and product logic. Actual balances, fees, income, bills and payment timing can differ. Verify important figures and deadlines with your bank, creditor, biller, employer or adviser.
3. Connected data is not an instruction to move money
Connected-bank data is read/received only through the enabled provider and consent flow for that market. A banking connection does not by itself authorise HomePool to transfer money or act as your bank. Provider feeds can be delayed or incomplete.
4. Debt and hardship
Debt and hardship features help record balances, arrangements, payment holidays, review dates and projections. They do not negotiate with a creditor, guarantee approval of a hardship arrangement or replace contacting the relevant lender/creditor or an appropriately qualified financial counsellor/adviser.
5. Luna and AI
Luna may generate incomplete, outdated or incorrect responses. Do not rely on AI output for a regulated or significant financial decision. Luna is intended to explain HomePool and provide product/support guidance. If a question requires personal financial advice, professional judgement or a decision from a bank/creditor, use an appropriate qualified person or the authoritative provider.
6. Competitor comparisons
Competitor information is researched from public sources and carries a checked date. Products, prices and features can change after that date. HomePool does not claim endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship by the companies compared.
7. Emergencies and financial distress
HomePool is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in acute financial distress, at risk of losing essential services/housing, or experiencing financial abuse, contact an appropriate local support service, creditor hardship team, financial counsellor or emergency service in your country.
